Horrible customer service
It’s almost been over a year since my son had his wisdom teeth taken out. We had everything paid by insurance but still have yet to get our refund after several emails, calls and even going in person. This is horrible service. And something shady is going on.

Doctor - great, claim billing - horrible
My experience with Dr. Kline was good, but be advised that payment must be made on arrival. I paid then, October 4, 2023, and since then have been awaiting the forward of my claim to Delta Dental. This is April of 2024. It should have happened already. Seven months should be long enough to process a claim!

poor customer service and no one will call back
poor customer service, and no will call back or answer messages. its been over two weeks of calling and stop at the office and no body will talk to us.

Everyone I worked with in Dr. Kline's office were friendly and professional. Dr. Kline made sure I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. His laid back manner makes him easy to talk to. I have had two procedures across 6 years with him, both of which went very well. Also, worthy of note is the fact that the team I worked with both times were identical. This low turnover rate in staff supports how strong Dr. Kline's practice is.
