Dr. Patrick McBee, MD

Doctor McBee patiently and throughly explained all the details about my simi emergency gallbladder surgery. He also took the time to answer any questions that we had which quickly put us both at ease. Post-op Dr. McBee provided the surgery outcome to my husband and followed up with me in person the next day to answer any questions I may have. The surgery went so well I'm at day 4 of recovery without pain only a little discomfort. Making the follow-up appointment was quick and simple, thanks to Dr. McBee friendly staff member. I would highly recommend Dr. McBee as doctor and a surgeon. Thank you

I am sure he is a competent and knowledgeable as a surgeon but his demeanor, compassion and bedside manner Is not the best. He is haughty and his receptionist is rude and abrupt when attempting to schedule appointments. My follow up visit with Dr. McGee after surgery was disheartening in that he categorized me to other men who expressed concern about their tough recovery. He intimated that I needed to “man up.”

Dr. McBee is a great physician. When I asked questions, he answered them and made sure I understood. He is patient, caring, and thorough - all the qualities that one could want in a doctor.

Dr. McBee and his staff were very professional and informative with my inguinal and umbilical hernia operations. This procedure leaves you sore and tender for about 7 to 10 days, but Dr. McBee and his staff prepared me for what to expect and how to handle the pain. I was back to work, office type, in 4 days. I feel great at 14 days post operation with the understanding that I will not be 100% for 90 days. I highly recommend Dr. McBee and his staff if you are considering any hernia operation.

I experienced complications after every surgery and many of the problems should have been avoided. Dr. McBee expressed impatience with the concerns and questions expressed by me and my family.
