Seems to be listening but isn't. Reviewed all my medications with him and told him why I was looking for and new doctor and specifically told him one medication I needed due to past cancer. Two weeks later I requester the same medication and was refused by him citing a medicaction that I haven't used in over two years. After I objected to his refusal, he changed his story and said it was due to a pain med that he well knew in advance that was prescribed by my cancer doctor. I've been taking both meds for 3 years, no problem. So bottom line is this man wasted my and his time.
