Probably he worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. When attempting to explain my options he was condescending, dismissive, unclear and rude. Additionally, I was told more than once that he "didn't care", it "didn't matter" to him what I chose/did, and that he does this all the time so "whatever". This wasn't in a friendly, 'either way works for us' sort of way. My partner was with me and Dr. Pancoast made a point to create more eye contact with him rather than me, the patient. I was made to feel small and unintelligent, unimportant, and like a woman unable to advocate for her own health and body. I understand these are stressful times, doctors are busy people, and that we are all human and have bad days but no one should be made to feel so awful by the same person they are about to entrust their life to. This doctor may have plenty of experience and I am grateful to be alive typing this, however, that was a negative experience I am not soon to forget. Patients beware.
