Highly recommend
My entire experience with Dr Reardon and the staff at Signature Orthopedics was great. Dr Reardon listened to my concerns and gave realistic options tailored to my lifestyle. I received thorough information prior to my surgery. On the day of my surgery all of the nurses and staff were helpful and kind. I was very nervous but everyone put me at ease. Following the surgery I could easily get ahold of the office and get my questions answered. Highly recommend!

Sorely Disappointed
Dr Reardon is OK I guess, I haven’t honestly really seen him very much. I had my initial visit with another doctor who referred me to him and then in one visit after an MRI we saw that I had a torn rotator cuff. The scheduling of the surgery and the pre-surgical stuff was a hassle trying to deal with the office. Nobody returns a phone call. I had a really hard time with that. Surgery day went fine. Leading up to surgery though took multiple phone calls over multiple days to get the meds called in ahead of surgery time and just a lot of things that needed to be lined out. Nobody over there is proactive. I’ve had to leave several returned messages. Nobody calls me back. Today I went for my two week follow up and I saw the physicians assistant, which is fine, but she starting to leave the room and had to be reminded that I had to get my stitches taken out. Still trying to deal with getting medication. I would not recommend this practice at all point-blank, period.

Slow Down
Dr Reardon was always kind but rushed each session, and therefore missed a critical diagnosis by not reviewing my images and patient experience carefully. I went for a second opinion with a different orthopedic center, used the same images obtained with Dr Reardon, but this new doctor located the tear in my shoulder that Dr Reardon missed. I'm now 2 weeks post-op and recovering nicely but spent 8 months suffering due to his oversight.

Great doctor!
Everyone was very nice, clearly communicated with each other and with me. I was seen promptly, and treated with respect. The dr alleviated my concerns, and suggested conservative therapy. I felt very reassured that I had “normal wear and tear” for a person my age. I would definitely recommend this office!

Listened Intently
Dr. Reardon asked good questions. He listened carefully and responded thoroughly. Given my damaged muscle condition in my chest, he felt it best to not do any treatment at this time. I appreciate his diagnosis.

My Visit to See Dr. Rrardon
The doctor ordered a full set of xray instead of just a couple. He showed me why I was having knee pain and gave me options of treatment with surgery being the last option which I was not looking forward to. He answered all my questions. I appreciated his straight forward approach. I have a six-month appointment to check how the first step is going.

Excellent communication skills and a true concern
A “patient” listener of his patients! Wasn’t in a hurry to get me out the door. Very knowledgeable and offered me options that allowed my input. My injury has improved considerably and I am very satisfied and happy to have him as my doctor.
