Dr. Rubsamen
He was curt and unprofessional. Didn’t seem interested in my husband’s progress. Our surgeon was out of town and he was the back up. Not a great experience!!

Not good. I waited 50 minutes for my appointment even though I was told (twice) that I was next to be seen. The third time I asked, I was told there were 2 people in front of me still. What?!? The Jupiter office was unable to reschedule my appointment when I told them I needed to get back to work. Twice in the past, when I was called by the office to verify my appointment time, I was told a totally different time for my appointment than what was on my appointment card. No one seems to know what is going on there.

Dr. Rubsamen is the best retinal surgeon I know. He is kind and will not do surgery on someone who does not need it.
