Colonoscopy Interview
I met with Dr. Saitta prior to my colonoscopy. He and his nurse were very professional. Dr. Saitta asked if I had any current problems or issues of concern. He was thorough as he got to know more about me. We did get the procedure scheduled and I am quite pleased and impressed.

He is very thorough when talking with you. He saw me before and after the procedure. He also came to the hospital, on Easter Sunday, to check in with me before I was discharged! He answers all questions and leaves you feeling good he is your doctor!

Firstly, I want to say how impressed I was with the nursing staff of the Winthrop University hospital. They were very attentive and extremely professional. Dr. Patrick Saitta was one hour and fifteen minutes late for my colonoscopy procedure (he attributed to admin meeting). Aside from his extreme lateness, Dr. Saitta was very kind, professional and reassuring. The OR for the procedure was state of the art. Dr. Saitta explained the results and provided me with a detailed report. Very satisfied.

I first met Dr. Saitta when I was in Winthrop Hospital, a few years ago. Since that first meeting, I have had several significant health issues and Dr. Saitta has always provided clear information, true concern, and expert medical guidance. He listens to every concern I have and leaves no diagnostic stone unturned. Outstanding physician!
