Dr Williams has treated my advanced macular degeneration in both my eyes for several years and has earned my highest respect. I’ve come to appreciate that he doesn’t spend much time chitchatting and being friendly beyond a warm hello. His excellent staff totally prepares me for the time I spend in his chair, and he uses that time to treat my disease. He is dedicated and professional and innovative, and I believe, brilliant. My vision is better than I would have believed possible, and I am so grateful to be his patient.

Everything about my visit was great. The staff and physician were friendly, professional and took time to get detailed information and answer questions. My wait time for the appointment was about 5 minutes. I had several tests done but my total time there was only one hour. Dr. Williams had all the results reviewed and explained everything to me.

Everyone was professional and courteous. My tests and appointments were done in a timely manner. I really like Dr. Williams. Waited 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor with no explanation or apology. Completely unacceptable. Rude, in fact. Dread next visit. Would change clinics if I did not have to repeat the process. Hopefully will not have to go in but one more time.

I was referred to Dr. Williams after my first retina surgeon failed to address my issue properly. Although he was unable to fully correct the issue caused by the first surgeon, I couldn't be more happy with the care that has been provided by Dr. Williams. He is kind and patient. I would recommend him without reservation.
