Solid Professional
Excellent PCP…..Dr. Wheeler has been my PCP for several years. I have always found her warm & approachable. She’s absolutely knowledgable, but treats you like an adult who knows their body best and is to be listened to with gravitas. Always responsive to email inquiries, and emergency situations.

Absolutely the worst staff on the plateau. Cancelled my appointment twice after I had already arrived at her office. Don’t waste your time here, find someone, almost anyone, other than Patti Wheeler.

Always great and quite fun. She is a happy soul. Even with a surgical mask on she has smiling eyes which puts me at ease. She is very interested in her patients. She does in depth questioning and wants details. I always feel that I'm important to Patti. She has been my doctor since I moved here in 1992. After my mother moved to Brevard Patti made a quick stop to visit with her as my mother was failing and Patti was in the area. That's amazing to me! Wonderful doctor and human being.

I love my Patti ?? she genuinely cares about me and my health as I do about her too. Doctors are people too, she is very personable and has a wonderful attitude towards life and living a healthy lifestyle. I've known Patti and her late husband since I moved to the Highlands area in 2000 and I can tell you that you will not find a more caring, understanding, personable, sweet practitioner out there in zip 28741!!! Gotta luv my Patti and you should too...

Had my second appt. with her practice. Had to wait 30+ mins and was not even seen - at least I did not have to wait an hour this time. Have heard good things about the practice, but as I am used to military care, find it severely lacking. Wish they had had the forethought to inform me my procedure could not be done before taking time off of work. Inconsiderate and unprofessional

Dr. Wheeler is wonderful. Very caring and knowledgeable. Takes time to listen.Would highly recommend her to family and friends. Just wish her staff was half as caring. Referring to the nurse who simply will NOT return calls in a timely manner. 4 calls and a week later and still no response. Not very nice.

My wife and I have been patients since 2012. Dr. Wheeler has been exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, and she takes time to discuss conditions and treatment to ensure that we understand. Her staff is also very professional and caring. We have been pleased to recommend Dr. Wheeler (Dr. Patti) every time the opportunity presents.
