frivolous, careless doctor, devalues ??human life, in one phrase I can define “narcissistic fool”... I’ll explain, after removal of the thyroid gland with suspected cancer, it is necessary to switch to hormone replacement therapy and ultrasound examination for 6 months after the operation, the doctor simply suggested a dose out of his head hormones and asked me the question: “why do you need to check? Go back in 6 weeks”... the hormone is low! the new dose he suggested lowered the hormone even further... this is not a doctor, this is a businessman (((

I have had the pleasure of being Dr. Aouns patient the past five years in south Florida. From the first visit until my last (sadly because he is relocating),I have nothing but the highest accolades for Doctor Aoun . I live with type 1 diabetes for decades now . While I have been treated over the years; until Dr. Aoun took over my health care, I had no thorough knowledge of new medical breakthrough and treatment . He had helped me immensely transition .My loss will be someone else's gain.

I have been a patient of Dr Aoun for about 8 years now. I was lucky enough to find him when I moved to Florida. When I came to Florida, my A1c was well over 12. Through guidance of Dr AOUN, it is now 8. Without getting into my personal situations, my career makes it very difficult to follow strick times to eat and do most things that diabetics have to follow. Dr Aoun is very patient and he understands what the patient needs are. I can not recommend him enough. It is our loss that he is leaving

after feeling miserable for many months and failing several treatments, I am glad my primary referred me to see Dr Aoun. He diagnosed me with hyperthyroid and discovered nodules on my thyroid. He started me on the right treatment and I felt much better within a week. My thyroid has been under control ever since and I am feeling great. He is very smart and caring and knows what he's doing

For several years I have been a patient of Dr. Aoun. When I began seeing him, I was on medications prescribed by a prior physician. I felt like I was floundering. Dr. Aoun always took the time to listen to me and what my goals were in the treatment plan. We were able to work together to set attainable goals so that I could get better. Thanks to him and his encouragement, my treatment goals have been met and my test results are now normal.

I have the upmost respect for Dr. Aoun and his staff. He and his staff show me such compassion and care. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has diabetes - I was diagnosed a few years ago and he has expertly cared for me since then. I honestly look forward to my doctor's appointments with him!

I have had thyroid problem most of my life, but this is the first doctor who really explained it to me, and did extra tests!

Outstanding endocrinologist! Has care for myself and spouse. He caught thyroid cancer before it spread by repeat biopsy when other doctors ignored.

Dr. Aoun has been instrumental in helping me manage my diabetes. With his guidance I now maintain an A1-C of 5.1 with almost no meds!

Apparently going through the death of my Mom and not thinking about anything else, this Dr. decides I'm not worthy of his office???? Seriously? So let me tell you if you have any life events this Dr. doesn't care. Which means ultimately he doesn't care about you ... only the money he missed. Would NEVER recommend this Dr.

Dr. Auon is amazing, we have worked together on brining my A1C down from 7.2-6.2. We talked about the best way to lower my glucose level and between my life style changes and medication we have done very well. I wouldn't go any other physician

Dr. Aoun clearly explained my medical situation ( "suspicious cells in thyroid") and gave me options for treatment. Procedures done by him were skillfully done with minimal amount of pain. I highly recommend him.

If you wish to be treated politely and with respect, avoid this office! This is the worst medical office staff I have even seen. The physician is perhaps average, but had no interest in even discussing my negative experiences with his staff. Apparently he does not care how his office treat is patients.

I saw him 3 times. I went from thinking I was fine, but was told by dietician that I am in stage 3 kidney failure. Tried to get explanation, how could this be? Just saw him approx. 4 weeks earlier and was told "your blood work is good", no mention of kidney failure. When I called he thought I made a "ruckus"! I just needed to know. WhenI saw him, he was annoyed with me and could not understand my reaction. "Should I go to nefralagist" he replied "up to you". Awful, Don't go to him!

Very involved with our concerns and very helpful to answer questions!

One thing in particular that I like about Dr. Aoun is that he first tries to find a natural solution rather than just prescribing medicine to make the symptoms go away.

Very aggressive in prescribing medicine. Even though my A1C was getting lower with every test. He kept giving me more and more medications. That got more and more expensive . Then he refused to see me afterwards .
