he put a permanent hole in my daughter's eardrum. He pulled out the scab from a tube that was surgically put in. i told him to stop prodding in my daughter's ear with the metal tool, but he said, she just does not like it. He thought she had wax. thus he pulled a scab out of her ear. this was where the tube was in the eardrum. ironically, he left the room after this happened for 20 minutes. I went to the CEO at that time (not lebenger- he did the tubes surgery) and complained. After my complaint, the medical record for that visit disappeared! PERMANENT HOLE IN HER EAR!
