Dr. Paul Balthrop, MD

I had surgery on January 16, 2025, the doctor was so awesome. I had ankle fracture surgery. This has nothing to do with the Doctor, My job sent some paperwork to them since the beginning of February I have been calling them nonstop to have it faxed back to my job so I will a job to go back to. They have been giving me the runaround and evertime I talk to someone they will say they will send it to them tomorrow. Now the month of February is almost over my job still hasn't gotten that paperwork faxed back to them. Don't know what kind of staff is being runned around there, but it is so unprofessional. If I lose my job because they didn't do there's I will be contacting my lawyer because this doesn't make any sense at all

I would most definitely recommend Dr Balthrop. He was very compassionate,I have been dealing with a broken leg and bone infection for 17 months now , he spent so much time listening to me and explained options on a professional level , he gave me hope and showed great concern for me and the staff were also compassionate and genuine.

He operated on my finances leg and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

Called to get an appointment after a trip to ER revealed a broken fibula. They wanted to schedule me for 2 weeks out. I went elsewhere.

I broke my ankle in 5 places. It required 2 difficult surgeries to be put back together. Dr. Balthorp did this very well by using a plate and screws. He thoroughly explained to me what to expect pre and post surgery. He was also very professional and informative.

The worst, least empathetic physician I have ever seen. I saw him in an ER setting after being hit by a car as a pedestrian. While his care protocol might not be at a malpractice level, his delivery of options and his interest/care about the pain level I was in due to a fractured foot and tibia were non-existent.

Dr. Balthrop exhibited sincere concern for my injury, and focused on my upcoming athletic goals and how to achieve them. Would definitely recommend his practice to anyone I care about.

Dr. Balthrop is one of my favorite doctors. He fixed my broken collar bone. His bedside manner is amazing and he really cares about his patients. His office staff is great too. I always love seeing their smiling, welcoming faces. I definitely recommend him!
