Been a patient for 7 years. Lucky to keep him when he cut hours to only Thursday and Friday, when elected president of mid Michigan physicians association. Very friendly, a really nice guy. Listens and explains well. Wants to help you, cares. Knows me and my lifestyle, a personal relationship. Refers to specialists as needed. Friendly and helpful nurses. Have to give him 5 stars for everything but accessibility, sees patients in Midland only on Thursdays.

A great doctor for annual checkups, routine tests and easy diagnosis, however, your opinion is certain to change if your health changes and you require more attention. A year or so after becoming an established patient my good health took a turn and that's when I discovered Dr. Berg reluctant to take the time (to listen) and trouble (testing) to give an accurate diagnosis-preferring medications for trial/error and became frustrated and rudely impatient when I didn't show signs of improvement.
