I went to see Dr. Cain for a frozen shoulder. He did a thorough evaluation and was able to do an injection the same day! He recommended physical therapy and gave me good advice about my activity level--what was ok to do and what to avoid.

Had to give one star due to his horrible bedside manner in addition to, at best, a subpar surgery that resulted in having to have a second surgery performed by a different physician.

Cold and insensitive! Doesn't listen, or look at you when you talk and treats you like a number!! Was absolutely no help at all and within two minutes of seeing me just said that probably physical therapy would help and walked out of the room. The next day I checked out my patient portal to see if maybe I was missing something from my appointment like instructions that maybe I didn't pick up on and found he had written that we discussed different procedures and plans to fix the problem. Never happened!!! None of those things were discussed!!

I slipped on spilled liquid laundry detergent and rammed my foot into a wall. After going to the ER, I contacted CMO and got in to see Dr. Cain the next day. He diagnosed the kind of fracture you would see in a car accident. I was happy with the surgery, and recovery and have about 95% mobility in that ankle, even with the pins and plate. I think Dr. Cain is terrific. I'd recommend him to anyone and would see him again myself.
