Dr. Paul Chung, MD

He misdiagnosed me in my office visit with gender dysphoria where I was treated like a transgender patient when my condition was something because of an intersex disorder. I even made myself completely clear during my appointment. I just don't understand why doctors like him still end up making stupid mistakes based on whatever they want. If they lack knowledge, then the most basic thing anyone with common sense can do is, listen to the patient. Lumping in all patients who visit a specialist for a certain condition in the same single category is deeply faulty. The callousness of not taking action to even acknowledge and fix his mistake was worse. Now I can't return to the hospital itself.

The office is very professional and the PA female was very nice and helpful as it seemed to be a busy day that I was there for a routine check up. It was alittle longer wait then anticipated but Dr. Chung is pleasant knowledgable and thorough. Suggestions would be to spend more time with the patient and allow the patient time to ask questions. Previous visits were very good but this last one felt alittle rushed but could have been due to the staffing and scheduling of so many patients in a short time frame. I tried not to concern myself with others as my visit is just as important as others. Overall, it's a very clean upgraded office with attention to detail and I like Dr. Chung and hope he can be my urologist for many years to come. He has a pleasant demeanor and just being very critical to say needed to spend more time talking to him, but realize there's a short time frame. Great doctor, would recommend.

I had my first appointment to discuss an implant revision with doctor Chung a few weeks ago. I was immediately impressed with his professional bearing and knowledge of the procedure. Impressed enough that I felt totally comfortable in moving forward to scheduling the procedure that day. I've always been very selective concerning healthcare providers but when it comes to choosing a surgeon to take scalpel to "Mini-Me" I've been extremely selective. My first implant wasn't a go until I met my third surgeon and I'm thankful that at the time I continued the surgeon interview process, his skills were a blessing. Sadly he has moved south, but with Dr Chung I trust that again I've found the best Doc for the job. I'll check back in post-op for an update, but for now he's got my complete confidence.

This was a first visit for consultation. Dr. Chung was recommended to me by my family physician. He lived up to all of my expectations that were set by my family physician. He was very professional, knowledgeable and made recommendations for a follow-up visit. What a great way to start a relationship with Jefferson.

Dr. Chung is fantastic! There are not enough stars to rate how highly I recomend him.

Dr Chung is an awesome caring doctor with a terrific bed manner. I honestly do not think that there are many in his field that can do what he has already done for me. I’ve been to other urologists prior to finding Dr Chung and they were all absolutely clueless when it came to the issue I needed help with. They have clearly told me that nothing can be done to fix it, while Dr Chung gave me an immediate solution in the form of a special procedure that would resolve it.
