Lovely office, friendly and organized. After a battery of hearing tests, Dr. Evangelisti came in the room. He introduced himself, looked over the results of the tests, asked me a few questions and did an examination. He explained what was wrong and what he was going to do and he did it and it worked. I read some of the other comments about this doctor. I go to a doctor because I have a medical problem. I'm not there for a friendly visit I don't care about his attitude or whether or not he likes me or my kids. I want someone who knows what he's doing and is the best. This doctor gets 5 stars from me. His attitude was great. I very highly recommend him to everyone, - especially my family & friends.

This was our third visit and he just now looked at “some” of my MRI results (that was the reason for the referral). My husband was with me for this appointment and Dr. Evangelisti couldn’t even look us in the eye. On my second visit he told me that “since I couldn’t speak English very well I wouldn’t understand” so he never explained anything to me. (But I’m doing fine writing this)! Somehow he was far more receptive this time with my American husband in the room. Horrible service and very subpar bedside manner!

Horrible doctor with horrible bed side manners. He does not listen very well to his patients. He talks about irrelevant things. He can not solve problems if it is not related to ear tubes. He does not empathize with his patients. He clearly does not care and will brush away your concerns.

Dr. Evangelisti was rude to my children and I on several occasions. He is full of himself, he thinks he is saving lives, when in fact he doesn't due brain surgery or heart surgery, HE PUTS EAR TUBES IN KIDS. And you would think he would at least LIKE kids, but he treats them like they are an inconvenience to him. I will never take my kids there again!

Less then a year ago my child had tubes placed in his ears. Surgery went well and we haven't had any issues. Well a few weeks my son's ear became infected really bad and started bleeding. I rushed him to the ER and few days later called to make a follow up with Sumter ENT to make sure the tube was in place or the eardrum hadn't ruptured. They told him he would need another referral and they couldn't see him for 3 weeks. When I told him his ear was bleeding really bad their response was I'm sorry
