We had such a positive experience with Dr. Gigante. He is compassionate, listens attentively, and explains clearly. He also has a good sense of humor.Dr. Gigante's judgment is impressive, and he does not do unnecessary surgery.Dr. Gigante is a top notch doc!

If I could I would give 10 stars! Not only is Dr. Gigante an outstanding, talented and brilliant surgeon, his bedside manner is extraordinary. I have never encountered such a compassionate, caring doctor. He performed a TLIF On November 29 and the excruciating pain that I was encountering in both of my legs prior to the surgery is totally gone. I had a prior spinal fusion 4 years ago performed by a different surgeon so the thought of going through another major surgery was terrifying. However, from the moment I met with both Dr. Gigante and his PA Fred, as well as his office staff, I knew I was in the best hands possible. Dr. Gigante was extremely thorough and explained in great detail what had to be done. While in the hospital, and at home, I had to make a couple calls outside of office hours, and Dr Gigante calls his own patients back and does not make you feel like you are bothering him rather quite the opposite. Dr. Gigante and the practice are the best!!!

Once we decided surgery was necessary I liked that Dr. Gigante gave me all the facts regarding my options and left the decision up to me. When I made the decision he agreed I had made the right choice. It has been three years since he performed a laminectomy, L2-5, on my very arthritic spine, with no fusion, and I have NOT had a pain in my back since! After friends told horror stories regarding back surgery, I went to Dr. Gigante on the recommendation of one of his patients and no horror story here.

Dr Gigante was my 6th consult & I chose him as my surgeon. His staff is great & Dr returned my call few days post op . I no longer have that pre-op pain & surgery was a breeze .

I have cancer and since I started treatments, have had debilitating headaches. Have had 2 brain MRI'S, lumbar puncture, tests etc. I made an appt with Dr. Gigante to have initial consult and go from there. The woman said the Dr.would probably want me to have additional scans & tests. I mentioned to the woman who scheduled the appt that I had done some research and would like in addition to meeting with the Dr, to discuss also seeing an ENT. I was just told the Dr will NOT see me for initial consult without having the tests. What kind of Dr will not see someone for initial consult? This Dr has NO common courtesy, no thoughts or care about what a patient wants or is requesting. What a horrible way to run your practice and Dr. Gigante, shame on you for being an awful physician . This is my 1 body, my 1 life which is fragile and you couldn't grant a consult to see what the options are. I will find a better, more compassionate Dr now who will see me before moving forward. So unacceptable

Dr. Paul Gigante is a genius, a very professional doctor. He knows what he does, never offers his patients a procedure that is not required and always looking for innovative ways in surgery. His team of the best possible assistants helps him from during out-patient visits to most difficult surgeries. They are very attentive to their patients, answer all questions and always keep in touch in preparation to the procedure and as long as required after it too. I would highly recommend Dr. Gigante if you need a neurosurgeon

Not only is Dr. Gigante a highly skilled neurosurgeon - He is also a caring and compassionate human being. As our family made significant medical decisions, we felt that we were making them in partnership with Dr. Gigante and his care team. He took the time to explain the medical circumstances, the options that were available to us, and what would transpire next as we made each decision. He & his entire team are knowledgeable, approachable, and highly collaborative. Our experience was nothing short of outstanding & exceptional.

Dr Gigante, is very thorough, diligent and answers all of your questions. He is very respectful and doesn't talk "down" to you. He is very nice and confident.

Dr. Gigante was extremely knowledgeable always professional ready to answer all my questions. I have neurological issues & he worked with my neurologist to calm me. I fully trusted Dr. Gigante & I highly recommend him. I worked with any doctors in the past and he was a recommendation from another doctor And I feel blessed to have found him. I was very nervous before my surgery & thought about putting it off something that would’ve not been a good idea in my condition . I reached out to him and he, himself not a staff member called me back within the same day. This is rare these days, I fully trusted him his staff and the surgery went great. I had a concern after the surgery again he was easy to reach and got me and the following day to look at what I was concerned about I highly recommend him..

Dr. Gigante is among the most skilled, compassionate, and outstanding doctors I have ever encountered. He performed spinal surgeries on both my wife (2020) and myself (12/2021) and we couldn't be happier with our choice of Dr. Gigante. Further, his team of PAs (Fred and Shivangi), Amy, and the rest of the staff couldn't be more courteous, helpful, and caring.

I was very nervous when getting prepared to have the surgery but after talking to doctor he allowed me to be comfortable and allow me not to be nervously & explained step by step what to expect, post surgery recovery I'm doing fine on my road to recovery

He is a talented doctor who is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of your questions. My surgery went seamlessly and my recuperation is going extremely well thanks to his guidance.

From the initial consultation through the surgery prep then the surgery Dr Gigante and the entire team were professional, caring knowledgeable and kind. Every form, question and request was handled promptly and considerately. The surgery was a complete success and once I woke up after the procedure 20 years of headaches were gone. The recovery was not as difficult as I thought it would be especially with the support I received from the team.

Great experience in all aspects.

I came away with a feeling of confidence in the Dr and the decision to have my back surgery. I woke up pain free from the legs to ankle and a week later post op I have very little discomfort at surgery site in back. Totally pleased
