Absolute delight. I am a retired critical care nurse. I am only saying this because I am very particular. He offers the most detailed exam. He teaches and talks to you through everything. I have been battling autoimmune illnesses for years and he even set me on the right path until o get into a rheumatologist. His entire staff is so pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Graham is an amazing doctor. My daughter had skin issues and I was unable to find a doctor for her due to her age . After calling every office on my area I finally found his office in Naples they set an appointment for me the same day , ho! How happy I was , when I got there he treated my daughter like his own , he took his time to listen to me and answered all my questions. He always makes you feel welcome and takes his time to explain the treatment plan and why he proscribed you the medication. He took my daughter skin issues by heart and now I can tell you my daughter is doing fine. The only regret I have is the fact that he left his Naples office and I don’t know where he is now

We have seen Dr. Graham for a few years. His previous office was run very well with kind and professional staff. His new office has serious issues due to the office manager. She will repeatedly tell you she is the office manager, not her name. She asks the exact same simple question over and over. You can never get through on the phones at any of their locations. When needing a prescription that wasn't sent in at the visit it takes weeks and repeated very odd interactions with her where she can't seem to remember the beginning of the conversation, let alone any of your interactions. I have never seen her smile. She stares off into space during interactions. She will call my phone and just say it is Dr. Graham's office then complete silence. I have to actually pull out of her why she is calling. The last time I had to finally remind her she called me, how could I help her. My entire family has one by one left the office and found a different dermatologist.

I’ve seen Dr. Paul Graham twice now. He is very professional. Dr. Graham has a great bedside manner and takes time to listen to you and address your concerns. He explains a procedure before he does it and explains why it is necessary. Dr. Graham also calls his patients personally to go over biopsy and test results. His front staff is always kind and courteous. Dr. Graham works in a timely manner so that you are not in the waiting room for hours like most specialists.

Dr. Graham is wonderful. Very caring and professional. Takes his time with his patients and explains in detail his plan of treatment. Always makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend him to anyone. Sorry that he left his Fort Myers practice but we'll gladly travel to his new location in Naples to see him.
