Dr. Paul Haeder, MD

I was taken into the exam room immediately upon finishing paperwork. Seen immediately by the physician assistant, who was followed immediately by Dr Haeder. The doctor introduced himself as Paul, which I really appreciate. He proceeded to clearly explain my condition with friendliness, compassion and humor. He asked if he could so a physical exam, and was very thorough. He then explained my treatment options, and asked for my questions. Basically, he did all the right things to be respectful and warm, and we quickly came up with a treatment plan. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the entire practice.

While he was personable, the information he gave us was incorrect. No just a little bit, but majorly inaccurate. We had false hope for a surgery that would not happen. This is a matter he should have been very familiar with, one he should deal with for each and every surgery and he got it VERY wrong. I do not trust this person to perform a surgery, or even to advise about surgery.

He has terrible bedside manner. Actually told me “I’m not going to say you’re crazy, but you might be crazy” when discussing my chronic pain and going over an x-ray. Spent around 5 minutes talking to me in total. Do not recommend!

Answered my questions, gave instructions for further continued strengthening and was easy to understand.

Dr. Haeder interacted with my teen son with humor while also being thorough in his exam and questioning.

Dr. Haederr explained what was going on with my shoulder and went over what surgery would do to help the problem. I’m so relieved that I have a future with a repaired and painless shoulder. Thank you Dr. Haeder

Dr Haeder is great. Answers questions and is friendly. Propane really needs a better system for getting questions answered- calling and leaving voicemails for Med Assistants is slow and ineffective. There should be a portal to message provider and fmla forms.

Rough and abrupt with me physically. It’s going to take me days or weeks to recover from how hard he pushed on my arm and socket of injury. I’ve been suffering for 5 years from an array of injuries after an accident I’ve seen many Drs and no one’s even come close to as rough as he was.

Dr. H understood my issue and printed information that was easy to understand

He knew what all the noise I describe about what happened to my knees. Very patience and willing to communicate with me. I was very pleased with his attitude. I felt he cared even though I could be his 100,000 patient . I worked with doctors for years and it’s hard to find a doctor that cares.

Dr. Haeder told me what I needed to know (Elastic knee brace and physical therapy) in order for my knee to heal as well as possible. He listened to and answered my questions. I would label him a “people person”.

Dr . Haeder is excellent at his communication and values the patients well being.He has a pleasant 'bed side' manner and we will unfortunately continue to keep him employed for a long time.

I had two total hip replacements performed by Dr. Haeder this last year and am more than 100% fully functioning prior to the surgery so am looking forward to extending my physical activities. Very happy with the progress and look forward to improving my physical fitness in the coming decades. Dr. Haeder is a very skilled surgeon.

I went in thinking I may have to advocate for definitive treatment, but he was so proactive suggesting care to get me back to full functioning. It will be a long year of treatment, but I feel confident starting the healing process with Dr Haeder.
