Dr. Paul Hruby, MD

My experience with Dr Hruby has been one of respect and cooperation. He is always behind on his appointments but I look at it this way, my sight is NOT getting worse, thanks to his treatments and staff. I am stable with my MD. I trust him completely and have for about the last 5 or 6 years. Keep up the good job, Dr Hruby. Judy Eason

Dr. Rhuby and his staff were warm, professional and efficient. The wait and appointment took less time than I would have expected in such a busy clinic. I would recommend Dr. Rhuby.

Nice guy and adequate knowledge if your problem is simple. if not, run very fast.....

I have been seeing Dr Hruby for 6 yrs. On my first visit, which I had a very long wait time, he performed several test that were new to me. The clinic has a working procedure, certain tests or meds are performed first, then you will wait again for the results and then you will see the Dr. Dr Hruby needed all the test information before he saw me. Once I got to him, he explained everything and answered all my questions. He saved my eyesight along with the changes I also was required to do. No salt and keeping my BP lowered. I did take the eye injections for a while but after the first one I realized it was no big deal and it would save my eyesight. Dr Hruby is usually on schedule but can also have emergencies, delaying appts. His personality is matter of fact and he does stay on track. I continue to trust him to do the best for my vision and I strongly recommend him.

I had a shot in my left eye for wet m d by Dr. Hruby and I could see better before he gave me the shot than now about 12 weeks after the shot. I was improving with the shots until he gave me this shot, I don't know what he did wrong but I will not go back to him, I may try a different clinic and another Doctor .

disappointing .....was referred to this retina doc by my opthomologist doc after my annual exam for concerns about dry mac degeneration. Very long wait time 2+ hours, doctor rushes in, types on the computer, speaks in code to the associate sitting next to him, finally says hello, sorry for the wait.....examines my eyes, says nothing he can do to improve my eye issue. He said I don't know why your optho doc sent you to me....there is nothing I can do. The wait was long, the meeting w/the doctor was very rushed and his attitude needed adjusment, very arrogant. I had a few questions that he scoffed at and batted down quickly as certainly not procedures applicable to my situation. Okay, bye, thx... was the impression I got from this appt. Will get a 2nd opinion from another retina specialist in my area. I have seen many doctors in my 80 yrs. and the majority of them are absolutely great and have helped me stay healthy. This doctor I would not consider any follow-up visit.

Dr. Hruby is very thorough and always explains what he is going to do. Very kind. However, the wait to be called back is very long and stressful. Once you get back, it goes much faster. I will continue to see him because he is an outstanding doctor. I give four stars only because of the wait

I had a torn retina and had to have several surgeries by Dr. Hruby. I credit him for still having sight in my left eye. He spent time with me and explained everything to be.in my opinion he is awesome.

Dr Hruby is great. Very straightforward and honest and no doubt one of the best In his field.

I saw Dr Hruby once and I had a long wait, the experience. The Doctor was swift but proffesional. I will return for surgery and after talking with him I am very confident of his skill.

Not as personable as other doctors in the group. I've been going to this practice for 11 years. The wait time to see the doctor is at least an hour but has been 2 1/2 hours. I always plan to be there for at least 2 hours they are so busy.
