Dr. Jondro was the Lahey ER attending physician that was taking care of my dad on the night before he passed of complications of Covid. It was a very difficult time, as it all happened quickly, but Dr. Jondro was patient and caring over the phone (during more than one phone call with me and with my mom), and throughly and honestly explained the situation and our options. He also brought in an ICU team to help evaluate, so he went the extra yard, and that meant a lot to us, especially in light of the situation. These qualities are important in our world, so I wanted to share this experience. Thank you, Dr. Jondro. Sincerely, Sharon DiFronzo
