Dr. Paul Juan, MD

Decent diagnostician but when suggesting I introduce solids he assumed that meant store bought jarred food. To me that’s way behind the times and so many moms are making their own baby food. It’s so easy and a million times healthier. This American Medical Association -anti-true health mentality is something we’re all on to, tired of and want true health focused professionals. I’m finding they’re all out of network and have outside training in true health- not the pharmaceutical model of medical school. Sorry to say, Dr. Juan is not trained in thefocus of building true health.

The tipping point was when the obnoxious girl at the front desk who doubles as the phone operator and monitors all incoming text messages, scolded my daughter for a $20 co-pay. now 18, this was her first time going by herself to the doctor, and instead of being helpful or kind, the receptionist saw a vulnerable girl and told her she had to pay upfront or she couldn’t see the doctor. My daughter has been Dr Juan’s patient since she was 3 years old. She now 18 and was so humiliated she never wants to go to his office again. Dr Juan, wake up and fire your front end staff. They are single handedly ruining your business.

Terrible Drs office. Long wait. I never got to see the doctor, but was given a nurse instead. Overcharged, misdiagnosed, lots of out of pocket money to be paid, mistakes on my bill That I had to chase with my insurance company for months, Treated like they didn’t care if I was there or not! The front desk and especially the billing department girl are extremely irritable and rude. After two visits still never even got to meet the Doctor Who I made the appointment with. Waste of time and money.

Staff is rude and confrontational. Forced to see a Jr Dr/nurse without my knowledge & once already in the exam room. No explanation given! Wrong meds, misdiagnosis & had to return to get my son taken care of properly. No apology and didn't take responsibility. Overcharged on BOTH visits, which cause me out-of-pocket expenses! NOT going back. WATCH OUT!
