Nice guy, but terrible treatment. Never touched my foot or did any type of exam. Looks at it from about 10 feet away and prescribes orthotics that were a piece of garbage. Waste of time and money!

Nice guy. But he told me to come for follow up in 1 week so I did. Yet he looked at me as if I had asked to be there. From across the room, he comments that my foot looks a little better. Will take time to heal. Come back in 2 to 3 wks. Seriously? He was in the room for 3minutes. I told him I was having new shooting pains that were bad. He never even touched my foot or asked where the pain is. I took off of work. Paid $50. For NOTHING. Waste of my time and money. Won't be going back to him ever

My 6 year old daughter needed inserts very badly. Dr. Kirchner was VERY friendly and kind to her. She was anxious, crying and nervous. He put her mind at ease, made her feel comfortable and she was able to calm down under his quiet demeanor. I was impressed by how caring he was.
