He does not treat you like a drug addict like other pain management doctors do. I really like him and his staff. The place is nice and clean.

I wish I found him before I got fused
Dr. Ky has done wonders for me. I wish I knew about him before I was fused by another Dr. His approach to pain is outstanding. He doesn't just fill you with pills he addresses the problem in a more healing approach. Definitely would highly recommend him to other pain sufferers . A+ in my book

SI Joint Fusion Surgery Concerns
In 2022/23, I was scheduled for SI Joint Fusion Surgery on my left and right hip. However, an x ray by another orthopedic surgeon shows two SI Joint Fusions on my left side and nothing on the right side. I have been trying to contact Dr. Ky's office regarding this, even attempting to schedule an appointment to no avail. My orthopedic surgeon said this procedure was unnecessary as my lower back still has chronic pain.

attacks the cause
Dr Ky works to alleviate your pain so that you won't need medication. If you are just looking to get high or want pills, this probably isn't where you want to go. But if you want real solutions to your pain. the Dr Ky is where you need to go. I tried 2 other pain doctors before coming to Dr Paul Ky and he really knows what he is doing to resolve your pain issues. The biggest problem is Medicare not wanting to pay for real solutions.

He is the best.i have major spine damage.he #1
Hi care and passion and his staff are so caring and when he running behind he still will sit and talk to you and lay all the facts before you even show you and explain all x-rays and issues.i was hit by a 18 wheeler massage spine compression and factors and he gave me hope and a 2nd chance at life.he want to fix the problem not mask it and get you back to a close to normal life one can live.most Dr's spend 5 min max and say o well..see your pain management dr...not him he wants to fix you and help you and care for you and most of all looks you in the eyes and tells you all the good and bad and is there to help you find a new path of healing and way of life.if I didn't see him I won't know half what I know know about my cause of pain...plz see him.he cares.i was at my crossroads and scared.he is a blessing him and his staff.i travel 3hrs to see him from lodi and I would go to the ends of the world to be seen by him.hes is a life line of hope and healing and treats you with love.

I started seeing Dr.Ky for the constant nerve pain I had in my left leg/lower back, he has helped minimize that extremely. He has helped me so much where I was able to keep working to this present day. If I did not start seeing him I don't thing I would have still been working today, I seen a couple doctors before Dr.Ky and I was still in pain. My family doctor who retired said He has different techniques and he could help, he was right, he's very honest, tells you what he can and cannot do, the choice is yours, stop living in pain, go see Dr Ky, Would like to thank him & his whole office/surgery center staff!!

Dr Ky is the best!!! He genuinely cares about all of his patients and he will do anything within his power to help you with you chronic pain. If you’re a “doper” seeking pain meds…you won’t get them from him.

When I started with Dr Ky I couldn’t move my body I was in so much pain. But after a few visits I was walking agin and was able to move again. I give my whole trust to Dr Ky

Rude staff. I can never schedule an appointment. I call and call. They canceled my appointment and wouldn’t reschedule even after receiving insurance approval. 10 min wait in the office because the doctor doesn’t listen to your concerns. They rush you out. I was talking to the back of the doc’s head as we walked to the checkout desk. Horrible!!

Front office And manager
I had to take time off work to go talk to the office staff with my mother. She has really bad back pain and is in the works for a procedure. They are going to make her wait a whole month without pain meds because short staff. I asked to speak with office manager and she told them she’s not available. Just rude manner and no sympathy.

Irresponsible Physician
It is my opinion that Dr Ky has lost sight of what it means to be a present, compassionate physician . He does not see his patients regularly and leaves his PA’s and Nurse Practitioners to push injections and stimulators . These are huge decisions being made about your health! Where’s the Dr? Should you have the audacity to question their treatment , you are labeled a problem patient and dismissed. This is communicated through a letter, 3 weeks before Christmas, without opportunity to discuss your care with Dr Ky. The billing process in this office is poor, inaccurate and staff lacks the capability to communicate accordingly,(if phone calls are returned).The office manager is nonexistent and does not know how to use a phone. My impression of this doctor is that he is money driven and has directed his staff to be the same. Dr Ky, you may have attended John’s Hopkins and believe you are “ the best”, but until you truly care about your patients ... you’re not even close!

Dr Ky and his staff have significantly improved my quality of life. Before I became one of his patients, no one believed or understood how much pain I was living with and how much my peripheral neuropathy was negatively impacting my life. I have recently had a spinal nerve stimulator placed by Dr Ky and I am now back to my old self without pain. I can perform my job more effectively, I can finally start exercising again and I sleep much better without the pain constantly waking me up during the night. Thank you all so much for helping me through the process and significantly changing my life for the better!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Ky for a few Years now and I am very happy at this practice, I had back surgery with another Dr. and he was not helpful with my pain management. As a result I was very limited in mobility, was weak and not really all that healthy. I was referred to Dr.Ky, my pain has been stabilized for a good long time now, I am very grateful to the good Doctor and his staff, I have benefited tremendously from the care I have received, and this is "Top Notch Facility" hand's down !

Dr. Paul Ky is an outstanding doctor. He is a very understanding man with ample patience. He will take his time to talk to you to properly understand completely what is the matter. It is apparent that Dr. Ky is passionate about both his patients and his career. He aspires to help all his patients in whatever way possible. The phrase "humor is the best medicine" is not to be taken with a grain of salt with this doctor. In my greatest times of pain, he's managed to put a smile on my face and make me relax. There's no way I could've faced the rest of my life with my nerve pain, and although he cannot remove the pain entirely, he helps tremendously. Dr. Ky is the man who will care for you when other doctors tell you there is nothing they can do. I highly recommend Dr. Ky for all your nerve pain.

I have had many surgeries in my life. However, my experience here at Dr. Ky's office is the best experience ever. The staff is incredibly nice and eager to help. Dr. Ky has been the most patient,informative,professional and caring Dr I have . Everyone makes me feel comfortable and most importantly, like I am a member of their family. I highly recommend Dr. Ky and staff to everyone, and I promise there will be no disappointments with this decision.
