doctor is great, staff isn’t
doctor laclair himself is fantastic. the support staff isn’t. they rarely answer phones (if ever, really). don’t return phone calls for days (if ever). treat patients like they’re disposable and worthless. not all staff, but half of them. it’s very disheartening and beyond upsetting.

Had a positive result come back with uncharacteristic results, when finally got a copy of results name on test was correct but other identifiers were wrong, suggesting the sample had been misidentified. Was told they don't make mistakes, and there was no chain of custody documentation. I would be leery of the lab they use as I can prove this was an incorrect result.

I was a referral patient to the Bay City office for a work injury. If you need any legal, peer to peer forms/phone calls done for MRI's or other testing (insurance required) this doctor will not do this for his patients. I had a lot of billing problems, tests that needed to be done that I could not get due to him not cooperating with the requests from the insurance company. It became frustrating and eventually the loss of my job. Before you choose this doctor make sure he is compliant.

This is an excellent doctor. You are treated as a person & not a paycheck, he truly takes his time listening to you & involving you in your treatment. Everyone in this office is very nice & I highly recommend him. I have been a patient for 3 years now & will likely never switch from this doctor. I began seeing this doctor after I was in a horrific fatal car accident that left me permanently disabled.
