I was given a medication that I am allergic to and was ill for 5 days after procedure. The drug was on listed on red arm band and still administered. Appointments were set with Dr. Lynch and then changed to another doctor. I will not go back ever to this group.

understand we are experiencing a healthcare crisis with our currant situation, but my experience with Victoria Carpenter, PA-C and Paul Lynch MD was the ABSOLUTE WORST and completely UNACCEPTABLE! After a VERY serious bike accident, I had a telemedicine appointment with Victoria Carpenter, PA-C. She did NOT get my records from my previous visit to Banner Urgent Care after the accident ( as I requested) nor did she have the intelligence or common decency to ACTUALLY look at my knee which was severely swollen and my other injuries that I sustained in the

Dr. Lynch was thorough, knowledgeable and caring. This was my husband's first visit here and we're used to receiving information regarding the visit from his doctors in ND when we check out and we didn't receive any info here. I called a couple days later requesting notes from the visit and it's now 2 weeks later and we still haven't received anything.

Dr. Lynch was great but if you have you see anyone when he is out of the office they are not helpful and they look down on you. The office staff treats you horribly and the PA acts like they cannot make decisions without the doctor.

If I could give a negative star I would! DO NOT GO HERE! Office/doctor never returned my phone calls. Never saw the same physician. Each doctor will not write refills of prescriptions that others IN THE PRACTICE wrote. Always promised, “things will get better” or “going through growing pains” NEVER corrected any of the problems brought to their attention. They cancel on me and then not willing to call in prescriptions to get you through until they can see you again. THEY CANCELLED! NOT ME! This is only the tip of the iceberg with issues at this office. I thought it was poor communication from office staff to the Dr, then poor communication on my part, then on the docs part. I can only control my actions. When doing EVERYTHING this Dr asked, I would have expected at least minimal effort on his part. Hippocratic oath is “First do no harm.” Dr Paul Lynch, you’ve done plenty of physical, mental, and emotional damage to me. Please do better.
