Easy to talk to and listens well. Takes time with patients, and is responsive to patient concerns and priorities. Intelligent and free of ego-defensiveness. Favors minimal invasion and basic health maintenance over tweaking health to peak performance, yet willing to try more robust options if considers them medically warranted. May require occasional prodding from patients who care deeply about keeping their bodies in peak condition. Good staff. Smart, capable, trustworthy, recommended.

The doctor and staff are kind and professional. Never much of a wait for visits or returning phone calls.

This doctor is not very kind to elderly people. He also said that my grandpas mental health couldn't get better after his stroke. We took my grandpa to a therapist anyway, and is doing so much better. The therapist doesn't know what Dr. Malcharek would say that. ( Probably just didn't want to deal with someone of my grandpas age). The receptionist are always rude when we come in as well. Even on the phone! If they have no compassion for the elderly, then they shouldn't be in the medical field.
