Posted re Dr McCormick at Google as well: If I could give Dr McCormick 6 stars, I would. I was referred to Dr McCormick by another eminent neurosurgeon in Europe whom I know. Now I know why he was the first person to come to mind when I asked my friend for a recommendation. Not only is he obviously accomplished and extremely knowlegeable, Dr McCormick has a very calm and reassuring demeanor. That was important to me, given that I was a 52 year old guy who had been health his whole life and

I am writing this review so that all patients that are considering back surgery please contact Dr MCormick. He is conservative and complete. He actually fixed my dynamic spine , leg pain and i am on the road to full recovery. The staff is very professional, the post op care was great. The follow up visits are complete . I highly recommend Dr. McCormick and his team. I live in Marlborough Mass and I chose to go to Dr. McCormick over BMG .

Dr. Paul McCormick's skill, expertise, knowledge, and risk assessment resulted in relieving the excruciating pain I was experiencing. He instilled in me complete confidence that he was THE DOCTOR to perform the highly specialized spinal cord surgery I required. This became even more evident when he encountered a tumor that necessitated several more hours of surgery than anticipated. Dr. McCormick sets a kind and caring tone. He and his staff have been EXCEPTIONAL from initial contact to now.

Dr. McCormick performed extensive surgery on my spine to treat severe stenosis. I later tried to play golf, causing pain in my hip and leg similar to the pain that was eliminated by his surgery. After an MRI of the spine, he recommended checking my hip, and – to my surprise – part of my artificial hip had slipped, requiring a revision by my orthopedist. After that procedure, I feel great overall and deeply grateful to Dr. McCormick and all of his staff and the staff at Columbia Presbyterian.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Paul McCormick. I was favorably impressed with him from the day I met him for a consultation in his office all the way through to one yr post surgery visit. Dr. McCormick listens to your issues, and answers all questions. He has a fantastic bed side manner during your hospital stay and his staff is warm, caring and very easy to work with. I had a fusion at L5 and S1. I am thrilled to report that I am doing exceptionally well and my life has been restored.
