Grateful
Dr. Pagano has a terrific bedside manner. He listens and cares as much as a surgeon can given their busy schedule with so many patients. My 85 mother finally has an honorable physician who attends to her fractured disks because of osteoporosis with either surgery or pain management depending on best solution for each fracture. I am a grateful daughter with an even more grateful mom.

Unfortunate Pagano patient – Nov 25, 2022

I never got to see Dr. Pagano. His PA reviewed my lumbar spine MRI and wanted to sign me up for surgery. I'm 74 and have moderate degenerative disk disease, but no symptoms. I had torn a muscle in my pelvis that did not heal and left a pocket of fluid which presses on a nerve causing pain down my leg. When the PA finally looked at the pelvis MRI and noticed the pocket of fluid, he quickly and disappeared to talk with Dr, Pagano who was not interested in doing the surgery, although I do not know why. I was not impressed with the sales pitch I got from the PA. My overall impression ifs that All Florida is a procedure mill. I could easily have been talked into unnecessary surgery.

Dr Pagano did a major spine surgery for me in 2021. It was very long and the recuperation was also long. He told me the recovery would be 12 months. The pain was manageable and at 4 months I was pain free. I'm still recuperating but with no pain. To go from excruciating pain to NO pain takes an amazing surgeon. I appreciate everything Dr Pagano and his PA Joanne did for me. I am forever grateful.

Very good experience with Dr. Pagano. Very serious and explained the procedure I had before and after surgery. He explained what was going on with my back and let me make the decision whether to have surgery or not, taking my time. But I did not wait to long, the pain I had was very bad. Now, I have no pain and the incisions were so neat, not at all what I expected. So Thankful.

He rushed me into herniated disc surgery when that should have been last resort. And after the surgery, my mild hand pain spread up my arm and to neck and was excruciating. I spent 10 days in hospital. His attitude was completely dismissive and uncaring. He seemed irritated that I had a horrific experience, and told me my reaction was psychosomatic. He dismissed my condition and did nothing to help me.

Dr. Pagano literally saved the life of my ex-husband. He lived 14mo with a severe injury that no other physician would even attempt to touch. He ended up 2in taller after surgery. I will always be grateful for what he did. I would recommend him HIGHLY.

Dr. Pagano did my disk replacement surgery in August 2018. He is a very kind , professional and spent all the time I needed to make sure I understood everything before and after surgery. His staff was very kind as well and always worked to schedule me around my schedule. He made a scary situation very do-able. I would choose him again if I ever needed it.

This man is a Fraud!! Waited 2 hours for a second appointment for him to tell my husband the same thing "I don't know why you're having pain and you're not just going to have to deal with it" I will be following up with the insurance company to see what he billed for, because he did nothing!!!

Dr. Pagano SAVED my LIFE. I was on the HEAVY Pain Medications that had quit working. My BP was so high my Pain Management Doctor recommended I go to the emergency room. NOW, 2 years after surgery, I'm on NO PAIN MEDS. I'm living a normal life, my BP went back to normal. There is a SURGEON that can fix it and it's Dr. Pagano.

While Dr. Pagano may be a great physician. His ability to to help the patient is shadowed by the cattle hurding mentality of his office staff at All FL Orthopedics. Very poor customer service/patient skills at this office.

I have two back surgeries prior to seeing Dr. Pagano. They were performed back in the 90's. Since then I was not pain free. I just thought this was the best I could be and continued taking pain pills. Then I started getting worse. I realized it's time to see what could be done. I went to Dr. Pagano. He listened to me...really listened. All aspects were explored and I decided on another surgery. I'm so glad I did. No more pain pills and I get better every day. Great surgeon!

I went to Dr Pagano under Workmans Comp. I'm a nurse and I'm well educated in the origins of pain. Dr Pagano denied literally everything! He said I had no ruptured disc when the MRI states I have a ruptured disc. AND I have the symptoms. I said" I have sharp shooting pains in my arms, pain, spasms and dizziness." He said "I don't know where that's from but it's not from your neck." I told him my pain management doctor doubled my gabapentin. He said "I wouldn't give you gabapentin." Shameful!

I was operated on by Dr. Pagano when he was in Ohio. He did a cervical plate and fusion for me. The results were excellent and the neck incision was minimal. I was better from the moment I awoke. The second surgery involved lower back fusion for numerous discs. Again the results were life saving.
