Dr. Paul Presti, MD

What do you get when you combine competence with compassion, knowledge with kindness, and absolute patience with even the most inarticulate patients? Dr. Paul Presti. An extraordinary doctor who acknowledges the obvious but insists on finding and communicating the nuances that separate a good doctor from a great one. I am 73 years old and been to my fair share of doctors, and never felt compelled to write a review until now. After seeing Dr. Presti on four occasions for problems ranging from sinus and ear infections to those pesky eleven lines between my brows, I can say without equivocation that he has my highest recommendation as both an ENT and a cosmetic doctor.

Dr. Presti is amazing! We can't recommend him highly enough. Our daughter has had many medical procedures in her 19 years of life. Dr. Presti was kind and thoughtful in his approach to her care. He explained the procedure thoroughly and told us what to expect. Both Dr. Drake and Dr. Presti impressed us with their compassion and we are most happy with her results! The office staff was beyond exceptional accommodating our schedule around school breaks. We can't recommend these doctors enough or this wonderful staff!

Dr. Presti was very empathetic and spent time explaining my diagnosis in detail. He was very attentive to all of my questions and I did not feel like I was rushed in any way. His office staff was very helpful in making follow up appointments and imaging appointments. They also always answer the phones! You can always get a hold of a live person to talk to. I would highly recommend.

I consulted Dr. Presti for a third opinion regarding a chronic sinus condition. The initial visit was long and detailed and included an examination (of course) but also a complete review of my history and the CT scans I had had done. The recommended surgery was discussed in detail; the risk factors were presented; the aftercare and expected success rate were explained. I was given all the time I needed to ask questions which were patiently and completely answered. I did have the surgery done and have had several post surgical rechecks. Each time the staff was most welcoming and the office was very efficient - I have never had to wait (not even 5 minutes!). I did have to call the office twice over the two weeks after the surgery with questions about post-op issues and medications. Both times I received a call back in less than a half hour with answers.

Dr. Presti engendered a strong sense of trust and was a consummate professional who treated me with compassion coupled with great clinical knowledge. I feet that I was literally in great hands. Dr. Presti was really nice at my first visit. I have a follow up appointment soon, but during my first visit, he explained everything to me in full detail and made sure to ask if I had any questions. I think that Dr. Presti is one of the kindness physicians I have ever encountered. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and then patiently explains everything to you in a way that is easy to understand. He never rushes you or makes you feel you are asking an unnecessary question. He diagnosed an issue that three other doctors had been able to discern and I have complete confidence in him. I wish that all doctors could be like him.

As an Advance Practice Nurse, I am especially aware of the skill and completeness of physical exams that I have had in the past. I had heard of Dr. Presti from a few of his patients who praised his professional care and expertise. I made an appointment with him after 2 other doctors were unable to feel and diagnose enlarged lymph glands which I, myself was aware of. Dr. Presti did a thorough exam, confirmed my suspicions and prescribed a sonogram to confirm his diagnosis. I have returned to his office at least twice for other issues, once during the Corona virus scare. I felt totally safe as he went even beyond the usual prevention protocol . He is, by far, one of the best physicians I have ever been to. He is thorough, caring, explains everything, is totally knowledgeable and professional.

My experience with Dr. Presti and his office staff was excellent in every way! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Presti spoke with me in a very clear and understandable way and really listened to what I had to say. He inspired a great deal of confidence that I was in good hands. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Presti. After dealing with a deviated septum and crooked nose for over 20 years, I recently had these conditions repaired by this elite doctor. Prior to the procedure, I had been waking up multiple times during the night with a dry mouth because I wasn't able to properly breathe from my nose. In addition, for years I was self conscious about how off-center my nose looked, especially in pictures. After only a couple of weeks following surgery I am happy to say I sleep through the night and have a straight, natural looking nose.

I was very nervous for my appointment with Dr Presti after having an unpleasant experience with a different ENT. I was greeted with kindness the moment I walked in the door. Each and every staff member treated me as if I were the only patient there. They were kind, compassionate and truly caring. Dr Presti was the same and more so!! He listened and truly talked me off the ledge He was very knowledgeable,kind,caring and so comforting. He explained what he was doing and what he planned to do in terms I could understand. He took time to speak with me and come up with a game plan. I can not say enough about this practice. Truly amazing!!! THANK YOU!!!

I had a serious case of nasal polyps and had my operation (which took 8 hrs to give you an idea how bad it was) in May 2015 and Dr Presti is an absolute rockstar!!! His knowledge, his bedside manner, his attention to detail, his follow up visits all 5 stars!!! This Dr truly lives for his profession. He loves what he does. I will never forget the morning of my surgery when I was meeting with Dr Presti in the pre-op room (and this was 5 am) and he looked so fresh and ready. Highly recommended!!!
