Dr. Paul is the only surgeon I trust with my spine
It’s been awhile since I’ve seen him but I would trust no one else’s skill and care for my spine. He is an amazing surgeon and truly cares about his patients. His cutting edge surgical techniques makes him a surgeon in demand. I trusted only him with my son’s recent surgery. Now my son has joined his fan club! So happy he is still local with Endeavor!

Fantastic surgeon
I am 13 years out from a major back fusion with Dr.Paul and believe that while I have back issues due to the extent of the fusion, I doubt that I would be upright and able to walk today had I not had the surgery years ago. This doctor is extraordinarily talented and compassionate and quickly consulted with Dr. Patel regarding a potential sacral fusion. This was not likely to succeed long term and was advised against it. I appreciated the honest opinion rather than being a surgery that would not solve the problem long term. Would recommend Dr. Paul to anyone with spine or back issues. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Outstanding!
Doctor Paul listens to all of your concerns and really takes the time to answer all of your questions. It is rare to find a Dr. so compassionate. Not once have I ever felt rushed out of his office. I had surgery with Dr. Paul with excellent outcomes, and I cannot express how impressed I was with the entire process. His entire team is incredible as well. Kevin Wright, his assistant, is outstanding along with his nurse, Hayley. I highly recommend Dr. Paul for any spinal issues. He is highy sought after for a good reason!

Great LONG TERM outcome
Dr. Paul performed spine surgery on me 5 years ago. I find it amazing that I have never felt any negative or residual affects. I am more active now than even as a young man and I cannot say enough great things about this surgeon. So very grateful.

do not come here with Medicare
I live in River Forest, Illinois and have a supplement. I have severe foraminal stenosis in four areas of my spine and I am not over- weight. This doctor refused to acknowleged my condition. I think he only wants private insurance it pays more. You will sit here for hours so bring a good book.

I may not be walking today if not for Dr Paul P. RonJon. He performed surgery on my lower back, injected new bone, put a cage, nuts and bolts to repair my back. I am so thankful for Dr. Paul. I highly recommend Dr. Paul for anyone that has back problems requiring surgery.

AWESOME!!! Had my back surgery and feel 20 years younger!!!! 6 weeks after surgery and am doing everything I did before (well, almost - I have to wait another 6 weeks before I can really let loose according to Doc). Was up and walking after surgery - I actually tried to teach a nurse how to belly dance when I was allowed out of bed to walk for the first time after surgery. She stopped me in time though and we just walked around the floor and to PT and OT, walked up and down steps, got up and down on chairs and mock car, etc., to make sure I would be ok at home during recovery. I used a walker at home for about a week, then went to a cane for two weeks (I was afraid of falling, otherwise I would not have used it), and now I'm able to run down the stairs (when my knees permit) like I used to do in my 30's. WITH NO PAIN!!!! Also, he used plastic surgeon stitches so the scar would be thin and very straight. I love to belly dance and was worried about the appearance the scar would have (in

Dr. Paul performed my back surgery years ago. I recently returned to him regarding another issue and he was completely dismissive about my concerns. Dr. Paul was arrogant, showed no compassion, and had a terrible bedside manner. The end of our appointment was him walking out of the room without a goodbye. He’d washed his hands of any further desire nor responsibility to help me. My bad experience with him is enough for me to consider leaving DuPage Medical Group.

I recently had cervical spinal surgery. Dr. Paul and staff, particularly Kevin, have been nothing short of fantastic. The surgery has been a success, allowing me to resume my life as it was before. I'd recommend Dr. Paul with the highest regard. Thank you.

Dr. Paul performed a L2/L3 spinal fusion on me August 1st, 2016. I diligently followed all of his instructions for rehab and activity limits. I am now about 15 months out of surgery and I feel like I have my "old back" again. I have been exercising, lifting weights, working in the yard and so on for the past year. It has been remarkable and even better than I expected. I thought of writing this review today because I am tiling our laundry room and unloaded eight 70 pound boxes of tile from the c

This will be an update to the review I left on here. I wanted to add that Dr. Pauls PA Adam an Kevin are great team members to his practice. Both of them care about you knowing all information needed before surgery an after care. They are really good people an you will be glad you chose Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul office staff an his nurses are a pleasure to talk to. They want to help anyway they can. You could not fine a better doctor and his staff to help you an I am glad I did. I feel better thanks

I would rate Dr. Paul as the finest Spine Surgeon that has taken care of me. He diagnosed my problem accurately and performed the surgery perfectly. I regained all feeling and movement in my legs and feet and have been able to resume a normal life with no pain. I highly recommend anyone that needs any surgery to your spine you have Dr. Paul and his staff perform it.

I couldn’t be more pleased with dr. Paul. Not only does he have a great reputation, his talent for surgery and recovery proves it. I was given Dr. Paul’s name by a coworker and not even two days later I was in the OR. Talk about divine intervention. Although I had never met him before somehow I just trusted him completely he has that way about him. Back surgery is serious and frightening, But not with dr Paul im currently one week out from surgery ACDF . Pain is minimal. Thank you Dr. Paul.

Dr. Paul is a skilled surgeon but overly conservative to his treatment approaches. He pushes most patients away from Surgery which may or may not be a good thing. With multi level disc involvement he tends to lean away to the more conservative approaches, often forcing patients to go with pain management.
