Dr Saladino has given me A+ treatment for 5 years.
I've been seeing Dr Saladino since I moved back to NY from living almost 2 decades on the West Coast. He has always treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. He takes the time to explain things, doesn't pass off his responsibilities to nurse practitioners, and makes me feel heard during my visits. He also remembers all of the information about me from previous appointments and my dealings with multiple other specialist doctors (orthopedists, neurologists, rheumatologists, etc). I have not had a better doctor since I was treated by my Uncle's pediatric office 30 years ago. Dr Saladino also believes in some unpopular medical opinions like 'Chronic Lyme Disease' because he's seen enough patients to know Post-Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome is an unfortunate fact of life. It's recognized by the CDC but strangely not by too many seemingly well educated doctors in our area. I am grateful to have such an attentive and knowledgeable doctor treating for the last 5 years.

My husband has been a patient of Dr Saladino for years. He is a very nice Doctor but the staff at the front desk is a complete nightmare. Rude and condescending to say the least! It’s almost impossible to get your prescriptions filled and you will get attitude for asking. Every month I dread calling because I have to deal with them. Extremely frustrating and very unorganized. I’ve asked to talk to Dr. Saladino himself or even a supervisor and I always get the run around. This has been going on for YEARS and I’ve finally had enough.

AAA+++ The best general/hospital doctor I've dealt with. So intelligent. So thorough. Extremely wide range of talents. For instance, he's excellent at treating orthopedic issues right there in his office before sending you off to a specialist, if need be. Also fantastic with the mental health side of things. And I thanked the LORD when he was the MD making the rounds when I was in the hospital. It was like a health concierge with my personal TRUSTED Dr.

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr Saladino. I can be a hard critic of doctor's offices and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. My first time with Dr Saladino was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of Cross valley health make me feel that I was in safe hands and feel comfortable , he is the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and am unable to see my own physician. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to all of them.

I love that he will NOT prescribe antibiotics unless he is very sure they will help you. In fact, he doesn't prescribe pills of ANY kind unless they're needed. I have insomnia and he recommended a sleep study; then we tried environmental solutions, herbal remedies, earplugs, eye masks, white-noise machines and i think a few other things before he even would consider pills. I love his "conservative" approach!

Dr. Saladino is an excellent physician. He was my primary care physician for over 10 years. Unfortunately I moved out of the area and can no longer see him. I feel he was very honest and caring and very good at his job. He always took the time to hear what I had to say or ask before giving me his professional advice. He took excellent care of me over those 10 years. It's been almost 2 years since I last saw him and I still haven't found another primary care provider.
