Dr Sethi was great. I’m still recovering from surgery but all is going really well. He was able to fix my shoulder and was totally on point with what to expect. Medical staff and office staff were great. I have already recommended him to a family member.

Dr. Sethi
I’ve known Dr. Paul Sethi for a long time, and each visit has given me even more confidence in his exceptional expertise!! His staff is great, too, just as caring!Tennis, walking and other sports are so important to me, and Dr. Sethi has a terrific plan to keep my knees in a “youthful” shape without surgery! I’m so happy!

ACL Repair
I injured my ACL, in my right knee, in late February 2024 while skiing. I am in my late 50s and I had never experienced such an injury. So to say I was a bit scared was an understatement. After returning home from our ski vacation, I immediately went to see Dr. Sethi. He recommended that I start with a physical therapist on pre-rehabilitation right away. My ACL surgery was scheduled for April. Dr. Sethi took the time to answer all my questions at my appointments and gave me the confidence that I will be fine. He had prepared me for what was to come after the surgery so there were no surprises. The ACL repair surgery in April 2024 was as perfect as it could be. I started my rehabilitation from the surgery and Dr. Sethi check in every month to check on my progress. Dr. Sethi and his team have such a positive atmosphere which motivates you and gives you the will to succeed. Now, a year later I am stronger than I was just prior to my injury. My knee feels great and the scars are almost i

The absolute best doctor for your teen!
My daughter had a sports related injury (a seriously fractured collar bone) in June 2024. We went to see Dr. Sethi on a friend’s recommendation and from the moment he walked in the room I knew we were in the right place. Dr. Sethi not only assessed her physical injury, but he also quickly understood that she was going to be sidelined from her primary sport and how hard that was for her emotionally in addition to the physical pain. From then on he not only gave her amazing physical care (she was in surgery 4 days later) but he also gave her hope about being able to get back to her sport. His positivity was as critical to her overall recovery as his fine surgical skills. As she healed he was appropriately encouraging about how to build back to full activity. 5 months later she is 100% healed and has been back to full competitive activity for 2 months. We could not be more grateful to Dr. Sethi for his skill and his kindness. As an added bonus, the office is organized and timely!

Dr Paul Sethi
Dr Sethi performed reverse total shoulder replacement surgery on me 2 weeks ago. I have been very pleased with how well the procedure went and the care provided by him, his staff and everyone at Greenwich Hospital. Dr Sethi always takes the time to listen and answer all questions in a respectful and caring way. I will probably need surgery for my other shoulder in the future and will definitely see Dr Sethi at that time.

Amazing Orthopedist with Excellent Bedside Manner
Dr Sethi has a formidable reputation which he has truly earned. He is a brilliant surgeon and excellent doctor. He has successfully performed 3 knee and 1 shoulder surgery for me. He is authentically concerned for his patients, consistently professional, and follows patients through their full recovery post-op. Dr Sethi is also conservative regarding surgery - meaning, he will never push a patient into the OR unless all other options of treatment have been exhausted. Dr Sethi has a wonderful way with his patients. He is personable, takes time to thoroughly answer questions, and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. I highly recommend him!

This guy is the best
Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sethi and PA Kevin. I had a complete rotator cuff tear. The first surgery by another doctor didn’t work and the rotator cuff retracted. Only option to try to get significant function back was a complex tendon transfer surgery. I wouldn’t have trusted any other doctor on earth to do it. I’m only 5 months out from the surgery but I already know that Dr. Sethi saved my shoulder.

I cannot say enough about this surgeon, fantastic!
I had a challenging shoulder injury. He approached it head on and did not flinch. I am grateful for having found him (and I went through two prior). A mix of expertise and fantastic follow up care are a great combination. Anyone with a shoulder or knee injury will not find a better surgeon. He's really good...I'll just leave it at that.

Well educated, innovative, and understanding
Dr Sethi is well-educated in my son’s rare joint disease, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. He offered helpful advice and innovative ways to deal with my son’s shoulder problems in a way that will delay an inevitable surgery until he finishes playing competitive sports. Dr. Sethi understands how important it is for athletes to continue playing their sports despite disease or injury. He was honest about the prognosis of surgery, ensuring that my son knew he would have sport-limiting issues post -op. Instead, he is supporting my son’s choice to delay surgery and has offered pain-limiting options to help get him through the next year or two of playing before having a procedure.

Dr. Sethi is the best!.
Dr. Sethi is an excellent, caring understanding surgeon. Never rushes a visit and listens to every concern one might have. Office is outstanding and always impeccable! The assistants are as kind & caring also. I travel from NY to see Dr. Sethi. Well worth the little commute over the TZ bridge. Had rotator cuff surgery in 2016 and my shoulder has been better than ever. I am a senior and still so impressed on the outcome of this surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Paul Sethi if you want the best there is. I am now seeing Dr. Sethi for my other shoulder issue. Once again he cannot be more understanding & caring.

The BEST DR.!!!!!!! Dr. Sethi is stellar!!!
Dr. Sethi & his team truly care about their patients. He wants the BEST solution and does not push surgery. He is an excellent communicator, and I always feel confident in his approach. In 2020 I had full torn rotator cuff surgery with Dr. Sethi. I have full range of motion and no pain. He has a wonderful bedside manner….honest, kind, caring. His PA Kevin is another angel!!!!! He truly cares and is very helpful. He isn’t the usual Dr.!!!!!! I’m blessed to have him as my Dr.
