The appointment felt very hurried within the first two minutes of the visit. He told me he was getting ready to retire -he said he had to get going. They only let him have a half hour per patient. so he stood up and out the door he went.

Dr. Vargo is wonderful. He is kind, understanding, nonjudgemental. I did not want to do a colonoscopy and haven't for 10 years but his gentle guiding and reassurance convinced me to go ahead. I'm glad I did. A tiny polyp was found. He explained everything clearly and professionally but with a personal connection. How does he do that!!

Dr. Vargo is warm, professional, thorough, and spends the time needed. Never feels rushed. I've been seeing him for nearly 15 years and plan to continue with him. Well worth the little extra driving I do to see him.
