Dr. Vernon botched my LASIK surgery two years ago. Two surgeons before him told me I was not a candidate due to lack of corneal thickness. Dr Vernon however assured me the other doctors were being too conservative- their lasers did not stack up to the Excimer laser he'd be using and strongly promoted that he perform LASIK on me. It has been the greatest regret of my life. I've experienced a rapid degeneration of my corneal health in both eyes, excess scarring and epithelial cells under the flap.
