Dr. Paul Wardrop, MD

Dr. Wardrop is such a great doctor and person. He truly cares about his patients and is extremely knowledgeable about the latest findings in the medical field, so I always feel comfortable asking him for his opinions and recommendations about what’s best for my health. I always feel cared for and listened to whenever I go to him for annual check ups and the unexpected sick-times. I’m glad I was finally able to find my PCP.

He listens and helps find the best options for treatment. Patient and I personally feel like he actually cares about me as a human.

Extremely poor experience. I recently moved to the area and was attempting to get established with a new PCP and have my annual physical. My visit felt rushed, but didn’t think anything of it until I received my bill. Since physicals are covered under preventative care, I thought it was a mistake when I saw a new patient physical and an office visit charge. Upon calling, I was told that I discussed items other than preventative care (new patient just attempting to get acquainted) and that it was an accurate charge. Subsequently, the billing office told me it was what was wrong with healthcare today. Sadly, it’s just what’s wrong with this Doctor. Driven for profits, be careful to not break the 10 minute discussion or you are liable to be billed without a pause or heads up in the office visit, just a surprise on your bill. A new patient physical and an office visit fee, he sure scored on this visit. Save yourself the trouble, find a Doctor who cares more about their patients.
