Do not recommend,
If you want medication refilled or an answer to your calls, questions etc he is not the one to see. You will not get your medication refilled, he will not answer messages, respond to the pharmacy etc. My medication has been out for 6 days and I did try an refill it timely. So 6 days after I have run out, there is still no response from him. I cannot get urgent messages answered via email, text call to the office nothing. I am having to make an emergency appointment with another provider in order to get my medication for a chronic condition. Stay away if you want quality care or someone who will take care of your health.

Arrogant and childlike
Dr Paul Weinstein who often has a large smile on his face, is an arrogant and uncaring doctor. My parents were patients of his for decades. Towards the end of my parents lives, I started taking them to their appointments where I witnessed Paul's inability to tolerate their questions and address them like the frightened elderly people they were. The tipping point was when my father was in the hospital (dying) and I had been unable to get in touch with Paul, because he wouldn't return my calls, I happened to see Paul in the hospital sitting in a public area on his cell phone. I respected his privacy and stood quite a distance away waiting for him to finish his call. It became apparent, when he saw me waiting, that he had no desire to talk to me, his conversation then became more animated and lasted for a very long time. When he finally got off the phone, I waved and approached him, he said to me - I have nothing to tell you. His behavior is childlike, rude an inappropriate.

Dr. Paul Weinstein is always attentive, prompt and responds quickly when my chronic asthma flares up. He has been an outstanding primary care physician for me and my wife for 20 years. He is cautious and does not refer or authorize unnecessary costly procedures but always acts with decisive, scientific test based results. Since I have COPD his expertise is unparalleled and is a very caring physician. I highly recommended him to all my friends and family.

Dr. Paul Weinstein literally saved my life on numerous occasions. The most recent being his swift referral for a parathyroidectomy with rapidly dividing tumor. My husband and I have been seeing him for 20 years and his expertise, good judgement and life saving decisions outshine any Doctor we have had. His bedside manner is outstanding as he is a man of compassion while also highly ethical with honesty. His nurse Eric is equally excellent and has gone out of his way to schedule our appointments. I would and have highly recommended Dr. Paul Weinstein to any of my closest friends and relatives.

I saw this doctor for a chronic bronchial condition that suddenly came on a few months ago. I was not able to give him a full account of my issues because he was impatient and appeared to only want yes, no answers to every question. In fact, during the visit, he silenced me several time in a manner that can only be described as rude. Ultimately, he sent me he sent me home with over-the-counter recommendations for reflux which, of course, has had ZERO impact on my bronchial condition. I have had no relief at all, only a $300 bill.

I was a patient of Dr Paul Weinstein for several years. I would still be his patient had I not moved out of state. I have been in healthcare for 41 years myself and I have to say Dr Paul is at the top of my list for exceptional physicians! Beyond compassionate, he is a brilliant doctor whom I respect deeply. Even though I may live now 9 hrs from his office, if I truly needed an expert doctor, I would go straight to him. His care is high standard and that is truly hard to find in most physicians. He is the best of the best!

Dr. Weinstein failed to pay attention to a high calcium level flagged on blood tests for three successive years. When I changed doctors it was picked up immediately and I have been diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism and am scheduled for surgery. The disease has contributed to a progression of osteoporosis among other things. I am completely disappointed with Dr. Paul.
