Great Bedside Manner
I had an appt today with Dr. White because during a CT scan for something unrelated, an aneurysm was see. That's a little scary. I'm thankful to have been referred to him. He walked in the door and instantly put me at ease. I left feeling comfortable with the treatment plan (which is to just watch it). Mostly I felt like the doctor heard me and cared... he did not play down my fears and anxieties, and was so re-assuring. He was not arrogant (so many surgeons are). I felt so comfortable that, while he's a human and not flawless, he is competent & caring and does the very best he can for every patient, every day.
