The doctor only schedules appt on Monday. Even if emergency the staff "literally" refuses to schedule patient with other on.duty doctor. The staff is one of the most incompetent offices in Miami...where nothing works anyway. The staff "seemingly" plays games, refuses to let patient talk to Office Manager,cover-up for each other..just awful. Too bad Dr. Dilanchian works with this group.

First appointment in the office left us waiting for an hour. Others in waiting room indicated happens every time.

Dilanchian did not handle my case properly at the hospital and was not able to resolve my disease or seem care about her role in making me suffer with the wide variety of unnecessary medications she put inside my body. Calls to her office and messages went unanswered so no accountability from her or anyone in her group. I had to get another ID doctor to take me off all her side effect riddled medications and get me to better health. I would not trust her or my family members to any care from her

Took 35 minutes to drive the 12 miles. Another 20 minutes to find visitor parking space on roof. Another 10 minutes to find the office. Another 20 minutes to complete 7 pages of paperwork. The visit lasted less than 5 minutes and didn't even seem necessary. She dictated a few sentences into her iPad and said I don't need to come back. What a waste of my day off and gas $ and parking $ and co-pay $. When will I learn...
