I saw Dr Fracasso for a second opinion on whether to take Tamoxifen for my DCIS. Long story short, she said I had high grade DCIS and should consider a mastectomy with one of their surgeons because her pathologist was certain I had invasive cells too. The pathologist was a salmonella expert, not BC as it turns out. I had a lumpectomy w/another surgeon, no invasive cancer found. My other Drs said Fracasso was very unpleasant to them. Probably the worst medical experience I've ever had.
