This was the worst dermatology appointment I’ve ever been to. With a family history of melanoma I have attended many skin checks and never have I had such a quick and nonthorough exam. Dr. Zook brought me back 50 minutes late with no apology and spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me before rushing out. I have several concerning moles that other dermatologists always notice and comment on and she didn’t even look at them. She couldn’t have shown less compassion or cared less about my health. Then I got a 200 dollar bill because they entered my insurance information wrong so it was denied by blue cross. Stay away from this doctor by all means.

I really feel like she cares for her patients, she's so sincere and compassionate. And even though she's busy, I never feel like she's rushing and she answers all my questions. I would recommend her to anyone that I know, she is a great doctor.

I actually look forward to visits with Dr. Zook. She takes care of all my concerns and totally puts me at ease. I have been her patient for a long time and will continue to be so. She's not allowed to ever retire!
