Dr. Paulette Browne, MD

This is our second journey that my wife and I took with Dr. Browne and her wonderful team. Because of her extensive knowledge, undivided attention, and sincere care, my wife and I wouldn't be willing to consider any specialist other than Dr. Browne. She's just wonderful.

We were driving across the country when we had our first video appointment with Dr. Browne and Shady Grove Fertility. Little did we know at that time that it would lead us to getting pregnant and well on our way to a delivery date in November 2023. From day 1, Dr Browne was empathetic and sensitive to our situation, we had one previous unsuccessful IVF. We know that in this process no one can guarantee a successful IVF but Dr Browne gave us hope that we were good candidates and our chance would be good if we tried again. Going through this process is tough, very tough for a women, but tough as well for the couple. I am happy and highly recommend this facility and particularly highly value our experience with Dr Browne, so much so that we feel compelled to share our experience. Thank you Dr Browne, we hope that you allow us to consider you part of our growing family!

I saw Dr Browne over the course of a number of months for infertility treatment. I was very happy with her care, she tells it like it is, the good and the bad, and she was attentive always having time to answer my questions. It felt like she was genuinely invested in us having a positive outcome. I went through IVF with Dr Browne which resulted in pregnancy. I very much appreciated she often made time to do some of the monitoring, diagnostic appointments, and procedures herself. When I had appointments, she was prepared, familiar with my file, and ready for the difficulties/complications of my treatment.

Dr. Brown (and the whole SGF staff) was terrific! It was a long, emotional, exhausting road, but I had a healthy pregnancy and have a healthy baby. It is hard, but Dr Brown was supportive throughout the entire process and provided the care I needed (medically and emotionally at times!) to get me to a healthy pregnancy. Thank you Dr Brown!!

She is very welcoming and explains everything thoroughly. She understands and cares about my needs, concerns and wellbeing.

My husband and I struggled with infertility for 4 years. We finally decided to check out Shady Grove and we were assigned to Dr. Browne. She helped us get pregnant within a year. She is super compassionate, empathetic and loves her job. She really cares about her patients. I later learned that a few of my friends got pregnant by her as well. I would definitely recommend anyone struggling with infertility to give Shady Grove a chance. They changed our lives.

I’ve worked with Dr. Browne for 11 years and have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. Dr. Browne made our dream of wanting to be parents come reality. I LOVE Dr. Browne and am so happy I found her. Having infertility issues is stressful and scary. Making an appointment at Shady Grove and choosing Dr. Browne as our doctor was the best decisions we ever made. From the very beginning she explained everything clearly so we could understand our options and she allowed us make the choices that were best for us. Dr. Browne was more than supportive throughout the whole process; saying that she is compassionate is an understatement. Each time we had a failed IVF cycle she was right there encouraging us and giving us hope that it would all work out. She took the time to try different methods to get us our babies and for that we are so grateful. Dr. Browne has been extremely understanding and supportive through our fertility journey. I am currently pregnant with my second baby and she has been so patient and a wealth of knowledge through out the whole process. Both of my pregnancies have been monitored through her and i wouldn't have it any other way. 'Graduating' from Shady Grove is always bitter sweet because of the family culture that Dr. Browne and her team cultivate.

Friendly and listened to my concerns. Explained the process and options very thoroughly, and answered all my questions. Referred me to another great doctor when we discovered other issues. When I became pregnant she was just as excited as I was!

I would encourage anyone who needs help getting pregnant to see Dr. Browne. From the very first time I met her she was compassionate but straightforward and most importantly, listened to me. When I got that first sonogram and saw our baby’s heartbeat for the first time she was genuinely excited for us. Shady Grove in general impressed me because every nurse, receptionist, technician that I came into contact with was knowledgeable and kind.

Dr Browne has helped me conceive twice, and has been incredibly supportive and involved during the struggling times between conception. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Browne if you are struggling with fertility.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Browne and her staff. They helped me to conceive not once but twice and I am so thankful. Everyone in the office is extremely caring and knowledgeable and you can tell they know exactly how to help you get to your goal of having a baby. I wasn’t pressured for more invasive/costly treatments and was able to move forward when I felt comfortable. I would recommend Shady Grove and Dr. Browne to anyone who is seeking fertility treatments.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Browne. She was extremely patient with us while we were going through a very painful and emotionally draining process. She clearly explained the pros and cons of various choices that were given to us and was receptive and understanding of the choices with regards to the treatment choices that we made. The supporting staff including the nurses and other physicians at SGF were extremely helpful and responded to our queries in a prompt manner.

After actively trying for over three years, my husband and I sought assistance through Shady Grove Fair Oaks and were assigned to Dr. Browne. By far our experience with her made this last year more bearable even though we tried a variety of fertility treatments. Thanks to her, we are now expecting! She is well knowledgeable and very easy to talk to with any questions you have. Even on random questions she gets back to you through your nurse quickly. I loved working with the staff at SGFO!

Dr Browne is very knowledgeable and I trust her opinion and expertise. Anytime I needed to come in or had an issue, it was always a prompt response and they brought me right in, no questions asked. The ultrasound techs are really amazing as well. They eased a lot of anxiety and are the top professionals at what they do.

Dr Brown is very knowledgeable and he listen to you carefully and suggest the best solution. She is very nice to talk and she is very good at her work. All SGF Fair oaks front desk team is very good and the my nurse practitioner Patrice she is very kind and answers all my questions patiently

My husband and I worked with Dr. Browne at Shady Grove Fertility. We appreciated the way she explained everything, supported our choices, and helped us ultimately get pregnant. We were randomly assigned to Dr. Browne and were very happy with our experience.

I would highly recommend seeing her for your infertility treatment. The staff is absolutely wonderful and supportive. Dr. Browne is matter of fact, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. The office is very efficient and the staff was always available to answer questions. We became pregnant on our first try at treatment despite a low probability.

Very personable, down to earth and caring. Felt at ease right away at our first appointment. Would and have recommended her to friends and family trying for a little one !!
