Had to wait due to a computer problem but not their fault

Everything went very well. I was very happy with my appointment.

Dr. Dreher is very professional and pleasant. Scheduling was good. Wait time in reception area and exam room were timely.

Dr. Dreher was very easy to talk with. She showed a definite interest in helping me with my issue. We discussed the options of medication to help with my urinary flow. She prescribed a solution and a follow-up telehealth check-up to discuss the results. I highly recommend Dr. Dreher!

I felt very comfortable speaking with the doctor and also her assistant. They listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly.

Dr. Paulette Dreher is one compassionate and understanding doctor. She listens to what I report about my symptoms and other non-urological issues I have. She is not afraid to discuss healthy living, sleep, and exercise, or to explore natural ways of treatment and diet, all the while being very careful about what she prescribes pharmaceutically. She is encouraging in all aspects of my care. I wouldn't want any other urologist!! MOSTLY SHE LISTENS to what her patient tells her and proceeds accordingly with care plan! Rare quality! 100 Stars

Staff was kind and professional. Dr Dreyer was compassionate, gave reassurance, and helped me feel less stressed.

Everyone at the practice shows great care for the patients. There is a relatively new check in system which I found to work great.

It was my first visit. My impression of her is that she is knowledgeable, makes wise/informed decisions, listens and cares.

Dr Dreher introduced herself and sat down to discuss my history, ask questions and then explain the plan of care, as well as answer questions. No papers in hand to shuffle, no distractions. Simple face to face exchange.

The whole staff is wonderful. Dr. Dreher took her time with my father who does not do well with anything new. Before he realized what was going on Dr. Dreher was finished with what he was there for. We look forward in seeing everyone in 4 weeks! THANK YOU!

I have only had positive experiences since seeing her..from the dr appts to kidney cancer surgery...to follow up appts. My hubby will be requesting her as a patient this month as well.
