Called his office twice over a five day period to do an aviation medical exam for my son. no call. No email no contact whatsoever both times. How do they stay in business if they’re not contacting new clients after they’ve contacted them.

Best Doctor ever

Just called to inquire about becoming a new patient. When I asked the woman on the phone her name because she did not give her name when answering the phone, she got defensive immediately and rudely said to me, " Well what is your name?". Who did she think I was, the FBI for goodness sake? When I gave her my name and asked her again for her name, she would not give her name. This gives one pause as to what this office has to hide if they are not willing to give a name. Based on this brief exchange and how I was treated, I would not feel confident being a patient here.

Dr Paul is very friendly, he came out to the waiting area to meet me and shake my hand. I was seen immediately my paperwork was finished. Dr Paul and the staff are efficient and took care of my needs.

I was pleasantly surprised when I witnessed Dr. Paul walk around the waiting room to make sure everyone was waiting comfortably. The office is busy (it is an urgent care/walk in facility) but it's an environment where you can tell the office cares for everyone who walks in their door. When I told him I admired his patient care, he told me, Although I am happy to see you, I know you are not happy to be here. He understands the vulnerability of those who need medical care & does his best to help
