Company doesn’t care about its patients. Ran out of an Rx I’ve been on for over 10 yrs for thyroid. Rx expired and call to get refilled. No call back, ever. Went to physical office on El Toro, no doc available to help refill. Left detailed info…no call back ever. Called again several days later. In the mean time, I ran out of pills and was concerned since I know it’s dangerous to abruptly stop taking it. Called again, spoke to nurse, she said Rx was approved. Went that night to get, pharmacy said was NOT approved. Called again, no call back. Finally went to urgent care and got help that my doctors at Memorial Care wouldn’t give me. Will NOT go back again!
