I recently had a large aneurysm of the ascending aorta repaired. Dr. Moreno literally took me by the hand and walked me through the entire process. He met me for a pre-surgical consultation on very short notice, personally scheduled my surgery, performed my pre-surgical cath and worked closely with my surgeon to produce a great outcome. His compassion and professionalism were extraordinary. I highly recommend him.

Pedro R Moreno Is a true master of his art, a remarkable Dr of Cardiology with many awards for his amazing accomplishments, I am so blessed to have had the honor of being under his care. I came to the emergency ward with clogged arteries and after many test he took over my care and treated me like family, I was amazed to be treated VIP, what an exceptional human being, that makes all the difference in the world, I’m a musician and its like having the great Miles Davis at your side, Ive never been treated with so much care in my life, he gave me his personal cell and that to me was the proof of true care for his patients, every time I called him he answered my call immediately, very few if any do that, he is extremely organized and my procedure was painless and comfortable he is ranked the the top in Cardiology and angioplasty and safety, I am truly honored to be under his care, you can see more of his accomplishments on his Mount Sinai web

I chose Dr. Pedro Moreno for his remarkable record of accomplishments, international renown and innovation in the area of angioplasty, but I was astonished to discover how much more there is to him. He is an exceptional human being, and gave me his personal telephone number even though I am not any sort of VIP! No other doctor in the US has ever offered that to me (not that I expect them to). The few times I called Dr Moreno, he picked up the phone or responded via text. His senior nurse Valerie is superb - highly organized and stays on top of things. Both my procedures were painless. His extraordinary record is worth summarizing. A Professor of Cardiology at Mount Sinai, he is ranked first in safety for all cases combined, meaning that Dr. Moreno had the lowest mortality rates of all interventional cardiologists in New York State – and this despite his specializing in complex and critical cases. His many innovations and awards can be found on his Mt Sinai website.

My local cardiologist recommended that I go to the cath lab. Seeking a 2nd opinion, Dr. Moreno saw me within a week. I was from out of state so he expedited a echocardiogram and a CT angiogram. I returned to my home in Florida on a Friday and Dr. Moreno called me on Saturday with the results. He told me my heart muscle and valves were good and the arteries did not have blockages that required intervention (no cath lab). This man is a very good cardiologist who cares about his patients well being

I was recommended by my cardiologist to have Dr. Moreno do my operation for my clogged artery in my main artery. When i was told i needed to go immediately to Mt. Sinai to take care of this we called Dr. Moreno and he was off for the day. He immediately said he would come in and take care of the procedure. Not only Dr. Moreno successfully took care of me but his bedside manner put me at ease and followed throughout with communication with my wife. I would recommend Dr. Moreno highly.

Dr. Pedro Moreno is the finest doctor one could ever want in responsiveness, patient care and attention to the whole person. He is a superb, thorough diagnostician, with his focus on patient comfort. He eases one's mind with his superior skill set, and follows through with attention to necessary detail. I needed a valve replacement, stents and finally a pacemaker. I have nothing but gratitude for this saint in the medical profession. He is truly gifted and a blessing. Thank you. Avron Coleman
