wonderful caring physician for myself RN and spouse. Staff take excellent care always kind and willing to help. Nurses are the best for labs painless, obtain blood shots immunizations no pain!

Really should not be a one. First I call to make an appointment, a machine comes on and tells me to leave a message, did that twice with no call back. Then I hear you can go to our website and schedule which I did. I even got a confirmation see below. I call today to verify my appointment. Not only did they not have me they don't even take my insurance. I have a PHD as a Nurse, retired nurse with over 30 years experience. I think this is just bad customer service. First my Doctor goes defunct because he lost his office. Then I make an appointment over a month ago with Jackson's office and now I have no doctor an almost out of meds. Dr. Jackson has been our family doctor since 2013. I retired from the Army in '13 and visited two other doctors before visiting Dr. Jackson. There was no need to search any further. She's not just my favorite doctor, she's one of my favorite people. She listens. She listens to you. Trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. Dr Jackson has my trust. Her staff is just awesome. I love her staff. Jaime and Brandi have gone above and beyond when dealing with both my me and my wife. Leslie has been friendly and caring. As odd as it sounds I look forward to appointments. I've never left without a smile. We are blessed to have found Dr. Jackson

I was recommended to her by my insurance company. I waited over 6 weeks to get in, having called several times due to the fact I had hurt my leg and needed medication but was told I could not be seen any sooner because I was a new patient. When I got close to my appt I got another thank you text from their office but it did not have a time. So I contacted their office again to verify the time and with that conversation I was told I could not be seen as I was not 65. Even thought they took my insurance, new patients and had been on the phone with my self, the insurance company and the agent when the appoint was made. This office has no idea what they are doing. I am getting reminders of the appt they said they would not see me and supposedly canceled.

Dr. Jackson is very intelligent, listens carefully and will make time quickly if you are in need. Her staff are all wonderful, wait time is minimal. I would never go snywhere else.

Do not see this doctor. Diagnosed w/shingles - 3rd time in 3 mos; worse 2 weeks in with fever, migraine, no voice and 2 new shingle spots. Could not get return call from office so go in person. Doctor is in back reviewing labs, but sends message with receptionist I am no longer contagious; can give me excuse for work. WITHOUT SEEING ME TO BE SURE. No appointments, even for established patient of over 2 years. Saw another doctor: TOLD I AM VERY CONTAGIOUS w/ shingles & bronchitis; home 1-2 wks

Ive been seeing Dr. Jackson for about a year now. Best Dr. Ive ever seen. Down to earth , easy to talk and doesnt do unnessary test or cost me a lot of out of pocket expense. Treats my illness effectively and with compassion. Her whole staff is just as wonful as she is.
