Wayne State doesn't make you a Neuro Scientist!! Dr. Percival Pangilinan Jr., MD, is disappointing and provides a troubling approach to patient care, lacking both empathy and the foundational principles required of a doctor. During my appointment, he demonstrated a complete disregard for treating me with respect or understanding, instead exuding an air of superiority and self-importance that overshadowed any attempt at genuine care. His condescending attitude made it clear he sees himself above others, including his patients, disregarding the basic rules of humanity and compassion that are the cornerstone of the medical profession. His inability to connect with or respect patients undermines the very essence of what it means to practice medicine, leaving one to question his adherence to the core tenets of the Hippocratic Oath. Dr. Pangilinan's lack of empathy and his inflated self-image are glaring deficiencies in a field that demands humility and care above all else.

I'd like zero stars to be an option. Dr. Percival Pangilinan was pompous and unprofessional during my "exam". The extant of his exam was: him shaking my hand then telling me all about his credentials. He then lied by writing a bunch of false records from the exam, which fortunately the VA agreed were false and removed. Personally, I feel he should be banned from the right of "practicing" on our nation's military Veterans.
