Horrific doctor who refuses treatment even when confirmed by labs. Uterrly terrible bedside manner and needs to be let go.

I would NEVER go back to see Dr. Penman even if I was dying. She was the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. Horrible bedside manner, rude, did not take time to explain anything thoroughly, and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the whole visit. Mad river hospital would be lucky if she left, as I will never return due to her alone. She should be reeducated on the proper way to interact with patients in pain.

Horrible bedside manner.
Good bedside manner means you comfort your patient while educating in a safe and kind way. Dr penman treated me like I was a complete idiot and a waste of her time. Mad River hospital would be lucky if she left.

I was having a lot of pelvic pain so i went to the ER for help. I looked down there and things didn't look normal to me. I told her that and she said it looked normal to her. I think i know what my vagina looks like. I don't think she has ever seen a prolapse case in her career. She hurt me very badly, tried to force a speculum into me, and was very rough with her finger, making me shake. I'm hurting more today than i was yesterday because her rough examination. she made me cry. don't go to her!
