She is good, but very disorganized as a provider, waiting time for a dementia patient was more than an hour, totally unacceptable.

Doctor seems not focused at times , dissdapointed with support staff very unprofessional

The doctor rambles on continuously, repeating and repeating. She prescribed tests I have very recently had at Baptist and Lab Corp and told her so and she said she had nothing to do with Baptist. The office attendants were inattentive to me, talking to each other and to people passing by their desks, taking a long time on the computer, looking around to every person passing by wishing some doctor happy birthday. I was told I could leave. While waiting for the elevator I was called back to make appointments and give me an appointment card. Since I am not willing to take more MIR´s etc. I will not be following her directives.

Test to prove anybody can say anything without being hecked. And people believe the reviews and make decisions based on what they read on the web.

Dr Periut is an extraordinarily talented neurologist. I sought treatment for a very rare condition with symptoms that are common to multiple diseases, so I was under a lot of stress. She spent over an hour during the initial evaluation, an eternity by today's standards, but she wanted to be thorough. She rushed my follow up appointments out of concern that I may need immediate treatment. She performed tests, conferred with colleagues, conducted research and even called me over the weekend to check on me and obtain additional information. She came up with a tentative diagnosis, which was ultimately correct. Then, because my condition was so rare and little research is available, she referred me to another neurologist for a second opinion. Wow, how many doctors put aside their egos and refer you to a colleague? I will always be grateful for her excellent care and the compassion she showed me. Thanks to her qualifications and prompt actions, I'm recovering my health.

Dra Periut is an excellent professional, she is very knowledgeable, she takes care of my health and always answers all my questions.

She is one of the most caring physicians I have seen. Knowledgeable, patient and dedicated to her career. She also holds multiple Board certifications. In addition, Dr Periut is reachable with an outstanding personal staff and a modern office. Neuro testing can be arranged on site for convenience and efficiency.

I feel horrible leaving a negative review but I want other patients or caregivers to be informed. Pros: Bi-lingual Very sweet Cons: -Waited 4 hours on our 1st visit. -Barely intelligible when she speaks. We had to record her in order to try to make sense of what she was saying. -She answered a personal phone call during our mother's consult. -When we started to ask questions, she interrupted us and told us that she had to go b/c other people waiting.

I went to Dr Periut because I was struggling to get a clear idea about more than 1 issue I have had lately. She was excellent in narrowing it down and helping me to take the next steps. I’m looking forward to my follow up. So sweet and caring.

So glad I stumbled upon Dr Periut when looking for a neurologist for my condition. She has mentioned so many ways I can work toward improvement that previous doctor never mentioned. So far VERY good. thank you for being great at what you do and going the extra step.

I can tell Dr. Periut is a sharp doctor ... she did not miss a thing when I went to her from finding her on here...thankfully my diagnosis is not as bad as what I had been led to believe. She is very thorough.

I had horrible jolt like pains as well as some other medical problems going on and had gone to doctor visits for almost 2 months..I'm so glad I went to a neurologist and that it was Dr. Periut. She was able to diagnose my problem even though it is a rare thing that I guess my other doctors missed. thank God I found out about her - she gets things done!
